What are the languages that the staff at Hotel Axial speaks?
.... English, Spanish and French.
At what time do we have to vacate the rooms?
.... within 11 AM, baggages can be left in the storage room all day if needed.
At what time is it possible to enter the room?
.... usually our rooms are ready around 12:30 PM, but sometimes it is possible to have the rooms eariler.
In case of an early arrival, is it possible to leave the bags in the storage room?
.... yes of course.
What is included in the price of the room?
.... All taxes, Wi-Fi Internet connection in every room, use of the mini fridge, use of the internet point, room rental and buffet style breakfast in the morning.
Prices are per person or per room?
.... Our prices are on room base.
Is it possible to pay with Cash Card or Credit Cards?
.... Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Cash Cards (Italy only). We DO NOT accept traveller's cheques and normal cheques.
What type of breakfast do you serve and at what time is usually offered?
.... breakfast is a continental style buffet type. Bread (integral or white), croissant, corn flakes, muesli, plain and fruit yoghurt, spreadable cheese, fresh kiwi, jam, honey, chocolate spread, tea, fruit juices, fresh coffee, fresh milk.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 AM till 10.00 AM in the breakfast hall.
At what floor is your hotel?
.... Hotel Axial is lovated at the first floor.
Is an elevator available?
.... Yes
Is it possible to arrive at the hotel with the car?
.... Certainly. Hotel guests are authorized to enter the pedestrian only areas in the centre of Florence. You will have to let us know the number plate of your car upon arrival (and not before), so that we can inform the traffic authorities.
Is there a Garage?
.... We do not own a garage but we have a collaboration with a nearby parking which will take care of collecting and returning the car for you.
Is it a free service or must it be paid separately?
.... parking in the garage is paid directly to the garage personnel, fees depend on the size of the car (generally it's around 24 to 30 Euro), the fee covers the night and goes from the moment of arrival till 19:00 of the next day.
Is it possible to use Internet in the Hotel?
.... Yes, all rooms have a free internet Wi-Fi connection and there is an internet point in case you do not have your personal laptop with you.
Is there a bar? A reading room?
.... Yes. You will find the bar in front of the internal court. Behind the bar you will find the reading room, inside you will also find some books about Florence and various magazines.
Is it possible to request a medic at the hotel?
.... Yes, it is possible to call medics any time of the day and night. Is it also possible to request medics that speak english.
Are there any pharmacies near the hotel?
.... Yes, there are five pharmacies around the hotel, two of which are also open until late at night.
